Salaried Financial Advisor (Evergreen)

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a salaried Financial Advisor to provide quality service to customers, identify new business opportunities, and support retention in the Ondangwa region.

Key responsibilities

• Process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems while delivering high‑quality service.
• Schedule follow‑up actions, enter data into the CRM system, and create call plans to support retention and business development.
• Develop and implement relationship‑management plans for potential accounts, building networks with decision‑makers and influencers.
• Monitor sales and market data for the geographic region to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship with Grade 12 (23 points) and at least 3 years’ experience as an insurance intermediary, or Grade 10 with 5 years’ experience.
• Clear criminal and credit check, valid driver’s licence, and ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image.
• Strong planning, organising, time‑management, interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Computer literacy – MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and follow‑up planning.
