About the role
The Regional Fresh Foods Manager leads the development, implementation and monitoring of all fresh‑food processes, procedures and policies across the assigned franchise region. The role ensures that every fresh‑food department consistently delivers high‑quality products while meeting profitability targets.
Key responsibilities
- Improve, implement and monitor fresh‑food standards, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the performance of butchery, deli, bakery, fresh produce, convenience, fish, Urban Barista Brewed and Rib & Rooster food‑service operations.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance across all outlets.
- Drive operational excellence and achieve targeted profit margins.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent brand compliance and customer experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing multiple fresh‑food departments within a retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards and brand compliance.
- Ability to analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to meet profitability goals.
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop store teams across the region.
