Production Technologist

About the role

Join our Oilfield Services business as a Production Technologist, where you will apply state‑of‑the‑art production technology to multi‑disciplinary projects. You will work both independently and within diverse teams to deliver best‑in‑class solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide segment‑related analysis using advanced techniques to develop optimal solutions.
• Lead analytical and design activities with proven technologies and methodologies.
• Write and present industry papers, publications, and technical briefings to senior leaders.
• Connect cross‑technology concepts and develop integrated solutions for business projects.
• Act as the primary customer contact for specific products or services.
• Understand market size, challenges, and regional petroleum basin characteristics.
• Serve as the local focal point for development, implementation, or optimization of deliverables, services, or processes.
• Assist in authoring training content and delivering internal training courses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s or Doctorate is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/technology, preferably in geoservices, subsurface, petroleum, or production engineering.
• Demonstrated knowledge of production technology or petroleum engineering concepts.
• Experience across multiple regional petroleum basins and understanding of their geological settings.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English.
