Mechanic – Aftersales Team

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our Aftersales team in Windhoek. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling equipment to meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse service repair reports and determine the appropriate repair strategy.
• Perform mechanical overhauls and major repairs in line with OEM procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electronic breakdowns efficiently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge and apply it to daily tasks.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence (Code C1) with a clean driving record.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on technical experience in mechanical and electronic repair.
• Strong aptitude for manual work and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
