Process Leader 3 – Mining Roads & Maintenance

About the role

Namdeb Diamond Corporation is seeking a Process Leader 3 to oversee the construction and maintenance of mine roads and related infrastructure. The role ensures that all road networks are safe, well‑maintained and support the efficient operation of the mining site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily road construction activities, coordinating crews and equipment to meet project schedules.
• Monitor and manage road maintenance programmes, ensuring safety standards and operational reliability.
• Collaborate with mining operations teams to align road works with production requirements.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification with a minimum of 20 points over five subjects and an ‘E’ in English.
• At least three years’ experience supervising a large production team in a mining or construction environment.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence (manual transmission) and good understanding of mining operational processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using SAP for operational management.
