Private Banker – Premium Private Banking

About the role

Join FNB Namibia Premium Support in Swakopmund as a Private Banker, leading a strategically important portfolio of affluent clients. You will operate in a competitive banking environment, delivering personalised wealth solutions while upholding the Premium Private Banking brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow long‑term relationships with high‑value private clients.
• Analyse client financial needs and design appropriate banking, lending and investment solutions.
• Drive portfolio revenue growth, deepen product penetration and position FNB as the primary banking partner.
• Apply credit, risk and compliance principles while balancing commercial objectives.
• Assist clients with fiduciary matters such as wills and estate reporting.
• Support securities and lending processes, ensuring sound governance and timely execution.
• Prepare detailed reports, business insights and portfolio analyses for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Highly experienced private banking professional with strong operational, lending and fiduciary expertise.
• Customer‑focused, self‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Excellent relationship‑management skills and a genuine passion for delivering personalised service.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships in a competitive market.
• Strong analytical mindset with sound risk and compliance awareness.
