Plant Manager – Windhoek

About the role

Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) Namibia is seeking a Plant Manager for its Windhoek facility. The Plant Manager will report directly to the Supply Chain Director and will be responsible for overseeing the full manufacturing operation. CCBA is the eighth‑largest Coca‑Cola authorised bottler worldwide and the largest on the African continent, accounting for over 40 % of Coca‑Cola ready‑to‑drink volume sold in Africa. With more than 14 000 employees across 14 countries, the group serves over 800 000 customers with a portfolio of international and local beverage brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end manufacturing processes.
