Out‑of‑Home Media Sales Executive – Namibia

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to join a leading pan‑African out‑of‑home and airport advertising group operating across the continent. Based in Windhoek, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling premium billboard and airport media inventory to agencies and direct brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country revenue target by prospecting new clients, negotiating contracts and closing sales.
• Develop and maintain high‑value relationships with media buyers, agencies and key brands to ensure client retention.
• Coordinate with operations to guarantee that OOH campaigns are executed on schedule and meet client expectations.
• Manage the commercial lifecycle, adhering to pricing policies and overseeing invoice collection.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience in media, advertising or out‑of‑home environments.
• Highly resilient, target‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented setting.
• Strong financial awareness with the ability to ensure deals are fully collected.
