Operations Admin Clerk – Pro Parcel Oshakati

About the role

This position reports to the Depot Manager and is based in Oshakati.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data entry and organized documentation; report any lost or misrouted parcels following protocols.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints; process orders, handle returns, and manage communication effectively.
• Track inventory, report discrepancies, and manage stock records; generate reports on stock movement, losses, and damages.
• Support drivers and warehouse staff with schedules and route coordination; ensure all waybills and driver documents are accurate and timely processed.
• Process invoices and manage petty cash; monitor expenses, identify potential cost savings, and prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain records in line with statutory requirements for auditing and KPI tracking purposes; perform general housekeeping and other admin clerk duties.

Required profile

• Grade 12 with a minimum of 2‑3 years relevant experience in transport or warehouse environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Code of Conduct (Police Clearance) not older than 3 months.
• Namibian citizenship and a Code B driver’s license.
