Mobile Sales Consultant – North (C5)

About the role

The Mobile Sales Consultant – North (C5) will drive new client acquisition and expand the existing customer base for Nedbank across Namibia. You will promote Nedbank’s brand, introduce new products, and ensure high‑quality service to dealers and end‑customers.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and vehicle dealers in line with product offerings.
• Cross‑sell the full range of Nedbank products to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed volume, pricing and quality targets while meeting sales, growth and profit objectives.
• Assess and recommend credit applications for fast decision‑making.
• Maintain and develop relationships with approved vehicle dealers.
• Increase market penetration at Nedbank‑approved dealers and execute new product launches.
• Represent the Nedbank brand throughout Namibia, attending launches, campaigns and travel between branches, suppliers and dealers.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of banking experience with strong sales, credit and risk assessment skills.
• Diploma or degree in business, banking or a related field.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Own transport and a valid Code 08 driver’s licence.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt working hours as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Data analysis capability.
• Knowledge of banking procedures, credit agreements and relevant regulatory acts.
