HR Specialist II

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an HR Specialist II to support and improve key HR processes across the organization. The role will work under general supervision, collaborating with stakeholders to design tools, execute programs, and deliver data‑driven recommendations that enhance HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the effective operation and continuous improvement of one or more HR processes.
• Collaborate with business partners to create resources, execute projects, and implement HR programs.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, or HR Operations.
• Prepare and analyze HR data reports to provide actionable insights.
• Advise HR and business leaders on best practices and policy application.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Master’s degree and professional HR certification are preferred.
