About the role

As a Front and Back Office Supervisor for the OK Furniture brand, you will lead a dynamic team in a retail environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines oversight of both customer‑facing and back‑office functions to drive sales and maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor stock management strategies to optimise inventory levels and minimise losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local legislation and risk‑management standards.
• Manage cash flow, oversee financial transactions and monitor profitability.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and performance‑driven culture.
• Drive change initiatives and guide the team through operational transitions.
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Minimum three years of proven experience in retail management.
• Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent judgment, decisiveness and a customer‑service mindset.
• Resilience, positivity and the ability to inspire a diverse team.
