About the role
PwC is seeking a Forensic Services Manager to lead its forensic practice in Namibia. The role involves safeguarding organisations against financial crime by identifying fraud, conducting investigations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prevent fraudulent activities across client organisations.
- Lead and manage forensic investigations and litigation support engagements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and PwC professional standards.
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members, leveraging their strengths.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain quality, timelines and deliverables.
- Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations and escalate issues when necessary.
Required profile
- Namibian citizenship (applications from persons with disabilities and previously disadvantaged groups encouraged).
- Relevant degree (e.g., B. Forensic Accounting, B. Com, B. Acc, LLB or equivalent).
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
- 5–7 years of experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations or fraud prevention consulting.
- Strong analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing.
- Willingness to travel within Namibia.
