Foreman / Supervisor MDX – Drilling Operations

About the role

The Foreman / Supervisor MDX will lead drilling teams to deliver safe, high‑quality and cost‑effective projects in Namibia. This role ensures operational performance, compliance and productivity targets are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety and equipment efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations on site.
• Lead and manage the drilling workforce, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork.
• Oversee safety, quality and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor equipment performance, particularly CS14 and THOR drill rigs, to maximise operational efficiency.
• Execute project plans, prepare reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in exploration drilling.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience with CS14 and THOR drill rigs.
• Proven team‑leadership experience in a drilling environment.
