Contracts Manager – Namibia (18-month contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a dynamic project team in Namibia on an 18‑month contract with the possibility of extension. You will own all contractual matters on a major civil engineering or railway infrastructure project, ensuring compliance, managing risk and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual risks to protect project interests.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with project agreements and resolve any disputes that arise.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in civil engineering or railway projects.
• Strong background with FIDIC or NEC contract frameworks.
• National Diploma in Civil Engineering; professional registration is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a demanding environment.
