Service Consultant – Insurance Brokerage

About the role

SanlamAllianz Namibia is seeking a Service Consultant to provide administration and client service for personal and commercial insurance lines. The role focuses on accurate policy processing, client communication, and supporting the overall service charter of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage policy endorsements, renewals, new business transactions and cancellations in insurer and CRM systems.
• Review policy documentation for accuracy, compliance and alignment with underwriting requirements.
• Communicate policy changes, renewal terms and premium adjustments to clients promptly.
• Follow up on outstanding premiums, unpaid debit orders and seek retention opportunities.
• Resolve client enquiries, complaints and account‑related queries while maintaining detailed CRM records.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure efficient policy administration.
• Support monthly reporting and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• School Leaving Certificate and Introductory Programme in Short‑Term Insurance (NQF Level 4).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the short‑term insurance industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems and insurance policy administration platforms.
