Key Accounts Manager (Wholesale)

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager (Wholesale) will be the single point of contact for national and regional wholesale accounts, driving strategic partnerships that deliver sustainable growth for AB-Inbev Namibia. You will develop and execute joint business plans, ensuring mutual value through commercial excellence, category development, and route‑to‑market expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with strategic national and regional wholesale accounts.
• Develop and execute customer‑specific business plans aligned with AB‑Inbev Namibia’s commercial strategy.
• Act as the primary liaison between AB‑Inbev Namibia and wholesale channels.
• Deliver volume, revenue, profitability, and market‑share targets.
• Drive pricing, promotional, assortment, and visibility strategies.
• Support execution of national wholesale channel strategies.
• Increase distribution, availability, and portfolio penetration across key customers.
• Leverage category insights to grow the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of account plans.
• Monitor customer performance against agreed KPIs and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales and key account management experience.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Highly collaborative and customer‑focused with strong communication abilities.
