Flight Crew – Captain & Co‑Pilot for F406/C425

About the role

We are looking for experienced pilots to join our flight crew operating the F406 and C425 aircraft. The role includes both Captain and Co‑Pilot positions, with extensive travel across Africa for periods of 6‑12 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the aircraft in compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct pre‑flight inspections, review flight plans and weather conditions.
• Communicate with air traffic control and navigate during flights.
• Perform take‑offs and landings while managing aircraft systems.
• Respond to emergencies and take necessary safety actions.
• Collaborate with co‑pilots, cabin crew, and ground personnel.
• Maintain accurate flight records and meet reporting requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required profile

• Captain: Valid CPL license, minimum 1,000 total flight hours, 500 PIC hours, 100 multi‑engine hours, 100 multi‑engine PIC hours.
• Co‑Pilot: Valid CPL license, minimum 500 total flight hours, 100 PIC hours.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods (6‑12 weeks) in Africa.
• Preference given to Namibian citizens.
