Export Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Ecoso Dynamics, a Namibian exporter of Devil's Claw, is looking for an experienced Export Logistics Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end international export process. You will work closely with freight forwarders, customers and internal teams to ensure shipments are delivered on time and in full compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments from order confirmation through final delivery.
• Prepare, review and manage export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates and bills of lading.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, shipping lines, transport companies, customers and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and destination‑country import requirements.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, documentation issues and customs queries.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, procurement and sales to dispatch orders accurately.
• Maintain shipment records, export schedules and logistics documentation.
• Monitor export costs and support continuous improvement in logistics efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in international export coordination or freight forwarding.
• Direct involvement in preparing and managing export shipping documentation.
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and export compliance.
• Ability to manage export orders independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational, planning and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
