About the role
The Front and Back Office Supervisor will lead a dynamic retail team within the Incredible Connection brand, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. This position combines oversight of both customer‑facing and back‑office functions to drive sales, maintain stock integrity, and uphold compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and monitor stock management strategies to optimise inventory levels and minimise losses.
- Ensure strict adherence to legislation, company policies and risk‑management procedures.
- Manage cash flow, oversee financial transactions and monitor profitability.
- Lead, motivate and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and performance‑driven environment.
- Drive change initiatives, guiding the team through transitions with clear communication.
- Develop and execute customer retention strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Minimum three years of proven experience in retail management.
- Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent judgment, decisiveness and a customer‑service mindset.
- Resilience, positivity and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
