About the role
This temporary administrator position supports Old Mutual’s loan and client services in Namibia. The role acts as the primary liaison with the Ministry of Finance helpdesk and ensures accurate processing of loan-related activities for GRN employees.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact point with the Ministry of Finance helpdesk.
- Verify employment confirmation for GRN employees.
- Conduct and document affordability checks according to updated Ministry protocols.
- Request and secure reservation of loan installments on the Ministry payroll system.
- Support branches and credit operations by completing all GRN‑related checks efficiently.
- Monitor outstanding follow‑ups, escalations, and helpdesk responses.
Required profile
- Namibian citizenship.
- Grade with a minimum of 25 points.
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of lending products (advantageous).
- Excellent client‑care orientation and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
