Sales Support Consultant – Oshana Branch

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Consultant to join our Oshana Mall branch. The role focuses on providing operational assistance to personal bankers, handling client queries and supporting the delivery of banking services while identifying cross‑sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to personal bankers, including risk‑management of client portfolios.
• Handle routine administration for a portfolio of clients and keep them informed of relevant banking changes.
• Promote transactional products, spot cross‑sell opportunities and alert bankers to pursue them.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records and monitor portfolio performance.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service in line with bank policies and governance standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in finance, banking or a related field.
• 2–3 years experience in customer service or sales within a financial institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
