Process Operator – Windhoek

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa Namibia is looking for a Process Operator to join its Manufacturing team in Windhoek. Reporting to the Packaging Unit Manager, the operator will work on the production line to ensure smooth operation of the process area and uphold the company’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the designated process area according to detailed work instructions.
• Perform both destructive and non‑destructive quality checks on products.
• Carry out autonomous maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Focus on quality‑control activities, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
