About the role
The FNB Graduate Programme offers recent graduates a structured on‑the‑job training experience across a wide range of business areas. Participants will gain practical exposure by attending meetings, shadowing staff, and conducting research for internal reports.
Key responsibilities
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Shadow experienced staff members to learn daily operations.
- Research and compile information for use in analytical reports.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training activities designed to develop professional competencies.
Required profile
- Namibian citizenship.
- Recognised postgraduate tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum final‑year average of 75% or higher.
