Demand Planner – Windhoek

About the role

The Demand Planner will join the team in Windhoek, reporting to the Manager of Comm Reporting & Visualisation. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for an 18‑month horizon, using data‑driven techniques to support the organisation’s planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve demand forecasts covering up to 18 months.
• Analyse historical sales, market trends and other relevant data sources to generate reliable forecasts.
• Optimise forecasting models and methodologies to increase accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure forecast alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor forecast performance and adjust models as needed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience in demand planning or related forecasting activities.
