About the role
We are looking for a Claims Broker to deliver exceptional claims management services for our customers. The role involves handling insurance claims end‑to‑end, liaising with insurers, and ensuring timely, accurate processing within agreed service levels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of insurance claims, from initial intake to final settlement.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Identify and escalate potential cost risks, propose process improvements and prevent waste.
- Drive product sales and upsell opportunities based on customer coverage.
- Maintain first‑time resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Monitor and adhere to service level agreements, providing regular performance reports.
- Support operational initiatives that enhance profitability and growth.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Required profile
- Strong awareness of cost impact and productivity.
- Ability to identify risks and suggest mitigation actions.
- Proactive attitude towards process optimisation and technology adoption.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Commitment to compliance, governance and quality standards.
Required skills
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes.
- Familiarity with service level agreement management.
- Experience with reporting and performance analytics.
