About the role
The Temporary Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Engineer will join the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the virtual desktop environment. This short‑term position focuses on delivering reliable end‑user support and contributing to the continuous improvement of VDI processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and end‑user support for the VDI environment, troubleshooting issues and ensuring service continuity.
- Participate in the development, documentation, and implementation of operational procedures and standards for VDI.
- Collaborate with other IT specialists to integrate VDI solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, generate reports, and recommend enhancements.
