About the role

The Temporary OM Rewards Promoter will support Old Mutual’s Loyalty Program by assisting in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work closely with the marketing team and gain hands‑on experience in promotional activities across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the Old Mutual Loyalty Program.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for social media, email, and print.
• Support planning and execution of promotional events to increase program awareness and participation.
• Help monitor campaign performance, analyse data and suggest optimisation opportunities.
• Provide administrative support such as maintaining campaign calendars, organising meetings and managing documentation.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship.
• Completed Grade 12 (minimum 25 points).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate effectively and drive results.
• Tech‑savvy with a strong sense of accountability and planning.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Database administration.
• Desktop publishing (DTP).
• Network administration.
• Office systems proficiency.
