About the role
Join Pepkor Lifestyle as a Service Centre Administrator, supporting the HiFi Corp brand in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within a dynamic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑line customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through product promotion and upselling.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to advise customers accurately.
- Ensure merchandising standards and attractive store presentation.
- Contribute to safety and security protocols in the service centre.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and manage tasks independently.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in a retail environment.
