About the role

Join Pepkor Lifestyle as a Service Centre Administrator, supporting the HiFi Corp brand in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide front‑line customer service and address inquiries promptly.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through product promotion and upselling.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to advise customers accurately.
  • Ensure merchandising standards and attractive store presentation.
  • Contribute to safety and security protocols in the service centre.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and manage tasks independently.

Required profile

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in a retail environment.
