Senior Global Procurement Manager – Fundraising & Marketing

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Senior Global Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing for its Fundraising and Marketing categories. This senior position will shape procurement strategy, manage high‑value contracts, and ensure supplier ecosystems support the organization’s humanitarian fundraising objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own category strategy for marketing and fundraising procurement, covering agencies, direct mail, digital channels, telemarketing, face‑to‑face fundraising and marketing technology.
• Develop and maintain a sourcing guide that outlines market landscape, pricing models and contract structures.
• Lead end‑to‑end RFx processes for high‑value procurements, including facilitation, evaluation, negotiation and award.
• Conduct market analysis to identify consolidation opportunities, cost savings and innovation.
• Align procurement timelines with campaign cycles, contract expiries and operational continuity requirements.
• Collaborate with External Relations, Finance, IT, Legal, Risk & Compliance and Global Procurement to ensure commercial value and policy compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, high‑value procurement processes in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long‑term supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on cost efficiency and value creation.
• Experience working in or with nonprofit/humanitarian organizations is a plus.
