Senior Exploration Geologist

About the role

The successful candidate will join a leading exploration team supporting mineral discovery projects in Namibia. You will provide expert geological guidance while building and maintaining relationships with landowners and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support mineral exploration activities across assigned project areas.
• Provide technical geological expertise, including data interpretation and reporting.
• Engage and negotiate with landholders and external stakeholders to secure access and maintain good relations.

Required profile

• Degree in Geology or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration and technical geology.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and commercial negotiation abilities.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic field environment.
• Preference will be given to Namibian nationals.
