Sales Support Manager

About the role

The Sales Support Manager will lead the Home Loans sales support function, ensuring seamless sales enablement, excellent customer experience, and strong stakeholder collaboration. Reporting to the TFS departmental manager, you will drive operational excellence across all support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales support function, maintaining efficient processes and high service standards.
• Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints within agreed turnaround times.
• Drive customer retention initiatives and enhance overall experience.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk KPIs are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Develop and manage team performance to achieve business objectives.
• Initiate and deliver projects aligned with Home Loans growth strategy.
• Support financial literacy initiatives as needed.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and system enhancements.
• Inspire, lead, and develop a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in finance, administration or operations.
• 7–10 years of management experience, preferably leading large teams.
• Solid knowledge of home‑loan products and service solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial industry standards.
