Sales Coordinator - Namibia

About the role

The Sales Coordinator provides essential sales and marketing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate customer profiles. This role works closely with travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients to facilitate smooth sales processes and promote business growth in Namibia.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and upload sales documentation such as account agreements.
• Liaise with corporate customers to update profiles and assess satisfaction levels.
• Identify expiring vehicle rates, negotiate revised rates with managers and ensure system updates.
• Communicate updated rates to travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities among travel partners and present proposals to the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and deliver sales and marketing presentations in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Submit bi‑weekly fleet monitoring sheets to the Fleet department and Country Manager.
• Maintain organized customer files according to the document management system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Fleet, Rates) and external partners to resolve queries and enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• NQF Level 5 qualification in Sales, Marketing or a related field (Level 6 advantageous).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Minimum 2 years experience in branch operations (1 year sales or marketing experience advantageous).
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Willingness to perform operational duties on weekends, such as rental check‑ins/check‑outs and daily reporting.
