Regional People & Culture Partner, MENAU

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Regional People & Culture Partner to support its operations across the Middle East, North Africa and Ukraine (MENAU). This senior HR professional will bridge regional leadership and country programs, ensuring that people and culture initiatives align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Translate regional P&C strategies into actionable plans and integrate them across country programs, centers of excellence and leadership.
• Business Partnering: Lead regional P&C operations, performance management, data reporting and exit management for staff.
• Employee Relations: Conduct thorough investigations for region‑wide cases, implement recommendations and advise on complex employee matters.
• Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development and retention initiatives to meet regional workforce needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering within a multinational or humanitarian context.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations and talent management processes.
• Ability to analyze HR data and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
