Regional Fresh Foods Manager

About the role

The Regional Fresh Foods Manager leads the development, implementation and monitoring of all fresh‑food processes, procedures and policies across the franchise region. The role ensures that high‑quality fresh products are delivered consistently while meeting profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Improve, implement and monitor fresh‑food standards across all departments in the region.
• Oversee butchery, deli, bakery, fresh produce, convenience, fish, Urban Barista Brewed and Rib & Rooster food‑service operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and brand standards.
• Drive operational excellence and achieve targeted margin objectives.
• Maintain consistent product quality and customer experience across locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑department fresh‑food operations within a franchise or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations and brand compliance.
• Ability to lead teams, optimise processes and meet profitability goals.
