Property Portfolio Manager

About the role

Have you built your property career outside Namibia and are ready to return home? Our client, a well‑established property group, is seeking an accomplished Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial assets based in Windhoek.

Key responsibilities

• Own portfolio income, expenditure, budgeting, forecasting and overall performance.
• Drive strategic leasing, reduce vacancy, retain tenants and uphold operational standards.
• Lead a team of centre management and facilities professionals and collaborate with asset management.
• Negotiate with national tenants and manage larger retail spaces.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years senior experience in property management, portfolio management or retail leasing.
• Relevant degree supporting the role.
• Strong financial and operational judgement.
• Confident leadership and commercial negotiation abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple properties and stakeholder relationships.
