Program Officer, Measurement

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Program Officer, Measurement to strengthen data‑driven programming within its Resettlement, Asylum & Integration department. The role will ensure high‑quality data is accessible, actionable, and used to improve outcomes for refugees and vulnerable migrants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and related standard operating procedures.
• Lead data quality assurance and cleaning for annual statistics and performance monitoring.
• Analyze network‑wide trends, provide insights to stakeholders, and respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Enhance data visualisation and contribute to internal and external presentations.
• Maintain the department’s Indicator Selection Tool.
• Create guidance for collecting and using client‑feedback data, design cost‑effective surveys, and batch‑upload results.
• Support analysis of client‑feedback data with a focus on qualitative insights.
• Design and deliver training sessions for staff on data collection, analysis tools, reporting, and data use.

Required profile
