Process Leader – Mining Roads & Maintenance

About the role
The Process Leader will oversee the construction and maintenance of mining roads, ensuring that all infrastructure is safe, reliable and supports efficient mining operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise road construction and maintenance activities across the mine site.
- Ensure mine roads and related infrastructure meet safety standards and enable smooth production flow.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (20 points over 5 subjects, E in English) or Senior National Certificate.
- Minimum three years’ experience supervising a large production team.
- Good understanding of mining operational processes and procedures.
- Code 8 driver’s licence (manual transmission) and a Certificate in Construction (NQF Level 5) is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel and SAP.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence (manual).
