About the role
The Operations Assistant/Buyer supports the daily flow of goods and services by managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting the operations team. The role ensures accurate stock levels, cost control, and smooth procurement processes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain stock control systems.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating optimal prices.
- Assist the operations team with daily coordination tasks.
- Track costs and support budget control and reporting activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in procurement, buying, and stock control.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Diploma in Procurement or Business Administration.
- Computer literate.
- Valid driver's license.
