About the role
Acunam is seeking an experienced L3 Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer to join its Managed Services team in Windhoek. The role focuses on delivering advanced Microsoft 365 solutions and supporting multi‑tenant environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Design, implement and troubleshoot Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access and Intune endpoint management.
- Execute M365 migrations, automation scripts and security hardening using PowerShell.
Required profile
- 3‑5+ years of hands‑on Microsoft 365 experience, preferably in an MSP or multi‑tenant setting.
- Relevant certifications such as MS‑102, MD‑102, SC‑300, SC‑200, SC‑401 or AZ‑104.
