Logistics / Supply Chain Assistant

About the role

Toradex is seeking an entry‑level Logistics / Supply Chain Assistant to support its global supply chain operations. You will work closely with teams in Switzerland and worldwide partners to ensure smooth day‑to‑day logistics, warehouse, and procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Track inbound shipments, verify shipping documents against purchase orders, and post goods receipts in the ERP system.
• Maintain outbound shipping instructions, coordinate shipments with couriers and 3PL providers, and ensure accurate tracking data.
• Handle serial‑number tracking and support customs documentation (HS codes, country of origin).
• Prepare and support cycle‑count activities, book inventory corrections, and manage internal stock transfers between European warehouses.
• Assist with order returns processing and act as a deputy for procurement and planning tasks.
• Create, release, and maintain purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor open purchase orders, follow up with suppliers on quantities, prices, and delivery dates, and update delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and external partners.
• Comfortable handling documentation and data entry in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
