Head of Operations

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Operations to lead and scale our operational processes. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, supporting new market launches and fostering strategic partnerships in line with our “go tech” and “grow together” values.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends and data to improve local operations and make accurate, efficient decisions.
• Lead partner fleet development, ensuring strong growth and effective collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, overseeing support for sustained expansion.
• Design efficient driver acquisition and retention flows while controlling operational costs.
• Support launches of new services, products, and cities, and lead special projects to boost operational metrics.
• Implement initiatives aimed at improving key performance indicators and overall business success.
• Lead strategic partnerships to create new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in ride‑hailing, logistics or similar sectors.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale operations and driving operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partner networking skills.
• Data‑driven decision maker focused on process optimisation.
• Fluent in the local language and English.
