German‑Speaking Customer Service Agent (Live Chat)

About the role

We are looking for native or near‑native German speakers to join a fast‑growing European drinks brand as live‑chat customer service agents. The position is remote, demand‑based and focuses on supporting DACH customers during monthly campaigns and seasonal peaks such as Black Week and the pre‑Christmas period.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via live chat in German, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Scale availability during campaign peaks, typically 1–2 weeks at a time, while maintaining a baseline of 20 hours per week.
• Resolve issues with empathy, keep accurate records, and flag recurring patterns to the wider team.
• Represent the brand’s voice consistently across all written interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German speaker.
• Excellent written German—clear, warm, and professional.
• Strong customer‑service instincts and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with ecommerce environments and live‑chat support.
