German-Speaking Customer Service Agent (Live Chat) – Part-Time Remote

About the role

We are seeking a native or near‑native German‑speaking Customer Service Agent to handle live‑chat interactions for a fast‑growing European drinks brand. The position is part‑time, fully remote and offers flexible scheduling, primarily on weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints via live chat in German, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Resolve issues with empathy, keeping the brand’s voice consistent across all interactions.
• Identify recurring problems and report patterns to the wider team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments when needed to achieve end‑to‑end resolutions.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in written German.
• Previous experience in an e‑commerce environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and comfortable managing your own schedule.
• Availability to work mainly weekends with some flexibility for non‑standard weekday hours.
