General Assistant – Retail Operations

About the role

We are looking for a reliable General Assistant to support the daily operations of our retail business unit in Swakopmund. You will work across multiple areas, ensuring smooth service for customers, suppliers, and internal teams while upholding our company values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with their orders and assist with inquiries.
• Load and unload vehicles, handling stock items in the pack yard.
• Clean, maintain, and safeguard company vehicles.
• Support customers and suppliers with timely assistance.
• Perform wash‑bay activities and ensure vehicles are presented cleanly.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and represent the brand positively.

Required profile

• Completion of Grade 12.
• Basic product knowledge relevant to the retail unit.
