Forensics Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Forensics Manager to lead its forensic services team in Namibia. The role involves identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance for clients across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary forensic team to deliver high‑quality investigations.
• Plan, budget, execute and monitor forensic projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor team members, conduct work reviews and deepen technical expertise.
• Address conflicts, engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Namibian citizen; persons with disabilities and previously disadvantaged groups are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Accounting, Commerce, Accounting, LLB or a related forensic qualification.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
• 5–7 years of experience in forensic investigations, litigation support or fraud‑prevention consulting.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Namibia and other African countries.
