Food & Beverage Attendant – In‑Room Dining

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant (In‑Room Dining) delivers exceptional service to hotel guests by handling all aspects of room‑service orders. You will work closely with the kitchen, bar and front‑office teams to ensure a smooth, friendly and efficient dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
• Receive, process and deliver in‑room dining orders accurately and promptly.
• Set up, present, and clear trays and trolleys in a professional manner.
• Promote menu items, beverages and daily specials to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Respond to guest requests, enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions and hotel facilities.
• Keep in‑room dining stations, equipment, trays and trolleys clean, stocked and well‑presented.
• Collect and clear used trays and trolleys from guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Process guest charges accurately following company procedures.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Maintain company grooming and appearance standards.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
