Flight Crew – F406/C425 (Captain & Co‑Pilot)

About the role

We are looking for experienced pilots to operate F406 and C425 aircraft on long‑duration missions across Africa. The role includes both Captain and Co‑Pilot positions, with responsibility for the safety and comfort of passengers and crew.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the aircraft in compliance with all aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Perform pre‑flight inspections, review flight plans and weather information.
• Communicate with air traffic control, navigate and manage aircraft systems during flight.
• Execute take‑offs, landings and handle any in‑flight emergencies.
• Coordinate with co‑pilots, cabin crew and ground personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and fulfill reporting requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required profile

• Captain: Valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), minimum 1,000 total flight hours, 500 PIC hours, multi‑engine rating with at least 100 multi‑engine PIC hours.
• Co‑Pilot: Valid CPL, minimum 500 total flight hours, 100 PIC hours, willingness to travel 6‑12 weeks in Africa.
• Preference given to Namibian citizens.

Required skills

• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
• Multi‑engine aircraft rating.
• Pilot in Command (PIC) experience.
