Driver and Transport Operator for Ride‑hailing and Parcel Delivery

About the role

VanTele Mobility is expanding its ride‑hailing, inter‑town transport and parcel delivery network across Namibia. We are looking for verified drivers and transport operators to serve passengers and deliver parcels on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Accept ride requests, inter‑town seat bookings and parcel deliveries via the VanTele Driver app.
• Provide safe, reliable and courteous service to passengers and parcel recipients.
• Maintain vehicle roadworthiness and keep all required documents up to date.

Required profile

• Valid Namibian driver’s licence and national ID.
• Vehicle registration and a valid operating permit.
• Smartphone capable of running the VanTele Driver app.
• Based in or near one of the 51 towns covered by VanTele.

Required skills

• Ability to use a smartphone application for ride and parcel management.
