Debtors Controller

About the role

Amalgamated Namibia is looking for a professional, organised and energetic Debtors Controller to join our finance team. The role involves managing debt collection processes, handling invoices and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Debt collection
• Managing ITC listings
• Processing invoices
• Performing account reconciliations
• Managing client enquiries by telephone and email
• Maintaining accurate financial records, reports and filing systems

Required profile

• Three to five years of proven experience in finance or debtors control
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• A valid driver’s licence
• Friendly, professional, energetic and well‑presented

• Xero accounting software (advantage)
